Dispatch

We aim to dispatch wholesale orders from our US warehouse in Pleasant Grove, Utah within 2 business days of the order being confirmed and, where payment is required before dispatch, payment being received. Dispatch excludes weekends and public holidays, and may take longer during peak periods. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.

Freight

• Free freight on wholesale orders of $600 or more, or of 50 or more units.
• A flat $40 freight fee applies per order below that threshold.

Orders ship by FedEx with tracking and typically arrive within 4 to 8 business days. We ship within the United States only. Please provide a street address, as FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes. Freight is charged in addition to the wholesale price of the products. Where we have agreed different freight terms with you in writing, those apply.

Risk and tracking

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We will provide tracking details so you can follow your delivery. Delivery time estimates are guides only and depend on the carrier.

Problems with a delivery

If your order is delayed, damaged in transit, or does not arrive, contact us at Support@TheStandardSqueeze.co and we will help resolve it. Claims for damaged, short or incorrect deliveries are covered in our Returns and Claims Policy.
